A family business that takes care of you individual needs – I had 3 different companies come to quote on Plantation Shutters and Security doors and windows. FSB stood out as they showed me examples of different alternative styles for the shutters, security doors/windows and also for blinds that I wanted in one room. I felt clear in my range of options, understood the pros and cons of each choice and was able to see and feel each product. Most importantly, the delivery was done in a warm and friendly fashion and I knew that this was the preferred company.... and this is before he started dropping the costs to round off the figures and ended up being cheaper than his rival companies. Due to how the whole experience made me feel, I would have chosen this company regardless as I believe they have my interest at heart and will deliver the goods as promised.
