the problem and rebuilt my mattress from new using only the parts of it that were still in good order. Got it home and it feels just like the day we first purchased it. Good on you Galligans! So nice to see there are businesses still operating with the good old customer service values. You guys are a rare species in the 2020s. Don't ever give that business model up. Im a strong believer of businesses who look after their customers well, will recoup any losses and more in the longer term. Our families and friend networks keep getting wider as the years go on! So it may take a little time to see the benefit from a single customer. At the risk of making this review sound like a setup, my wife and I are really grateful to you for looking after us so fairly. discovered that the company is still operating so I rang to explain the situation. The admin person I spoke to told me that if I brought the mattress to the Magill factory she would arrange for the problem to be addressed. I explained that we live in MOUNT BARKER so I would need to have it seen to the same day. When I arrived, the top of the mattress was removed and examined and I was told it was "normal wear and tear". Naturally I was taken aback since I would not have gone to the effort of delivering the mattress had I known there was a possibility that the repairs would not be covered by the warranty! I was told that repairs would cost nearly $300 dollars and couldn't be performed until the following week!

If pocket springs wear out prior to the cessation of the 10 year warranty it appears the warranty is not honoured.

back problem. Was informed they could alter it for a small fee. As the bed was only a few years old and still UNDER WARRANTY i agreed. When i called for a delivery date i was informed i owe $850. SMALL FEE and still under warranty.!!! I was so disappointed i will not buy another bed from this company they do not honour their warranties and the bed is still not right. I always try to go local and seeing it is a family company i was happy to support them. Extremely unhappy with the quality of the bed and the company support. No wonder it has been discontinued.

Wonderful company who take care of their customers! – Tim helped me find the perfect mattress and really guided me through the whole process. The mattresses are created with a lot of craftsmanship and I have since had the best nights sleep in years! Couldn't thank the team at Galligans more! Wonderful customer service too!

Galligans truly stand by their products. Their warranty is real. They had the mattress back to the factory on three occasions to remedy the issue (which was the latex not their manufacturing). Eventually they installed a spring frame at no cost to us.

The factory staff are outstanding and we got to view the inside of the mattress and that gives reassurance that the products are quality built. Great service, they stand by their warranty The latex failed but that was a supplier problem that could not be remedies so they provided an alternative
