Best I’ve ever had – Best I’ve ever had . Smooth and easy roll up. Bought a second one for other tap. No crumbling plastic. Rolls up hose very quickly and easy. It is expensive but I’m hoping it will last and pay for it self as I was sick of replacing the cheaper options  Show details

Happy with purchase! – I have tried many different hose reels but was not happy with all of them until the attendant at Bunnings said to try this one. I have no regrets with the purchase and have recommended this product to friends. Fail! Fail! Fail! – I originally had a Gardena G2694 Classic Hose reel that had a failure of where the handle assembly attaches to the body. later it failed in exactly the same manner. I call the failure a design fault as the handle has no support to stop failures of this type occurring again

Worth the Money – At $89 this trolley is 4 times more expensive than the Aqua Systems one I had before. I'm using the same 35 metre hose and using the Gardena in exactly the same manner as I used the Aqua Systems trolley. The Aqua lasted less than a month, breaking on it's third use. There are more metal components in the Gardena and that's probably why it hasn't broken.

It has some useful features.....height adjustable handle and anti-drip connection.

I'm not certain how long it will last but happy with my purchase so far. Stronger than Cheaper Options, Metal Components, Features, Hose Capacity Price
