easy to connect the previously purchased pipe to the newly purchased box with the written instructions and the online videos (the latter were the most helpful to me.) It was easy for me to fix. I'm glad I bought this.

Assembly was very easy and the Hoselink fittings are brilliant. So easy to use, and just like their ads says they don't leak.

The hose reel box include 30m hose, all the fittings to connect to a tap, and hose reel winder and several fittings to adapt to other hose connections.

A very clever feature is the hose guide. When you wind the hose up there is a guide so that the hose winds up evenly across the reel.

the main hose, that goes to the tap. Now admittedly it broke after several weeks. So the staff sent another. I opened the third and final hose and it never left the flattened box. The same piece of plastic broke and I was in tears. How is it that something I really wanted and put my faith in can have the same thing happen twice? My humble opinion is this part needs to be metal. Who wants to purchase this and it makes it past 12 months and this snaps? The plastic is not thick or sturdy. I was so gentle with it and the point is, why? It's garden equipment. They did refund my money, but I have to say I was really disappointed. Maybe the other products are amazing, but the metal box is underwhelming and would advise to steer clear.

Quality product that does what is advertised – We have a small acreage and run the reel and hose from water storage tanks with a pressure pump. Product was ordered online. I rang with some questions prior to delivery, experience was good. Delivery experience was good. Instructions for assembly good. well. I have the manual wind function because heaps of twigs around. The only negative would be that my wife finds the clips very difficult to get the spray nozzle on/off the hose. On the flip side the set-up functions perfectly in terms of being able to switch on/off water from the spray piece without a hint of a leak.
