Not a question - A Notice To All. GPS speed notifications are accurate; far more so than your car's usually analog odometer/speedometer. Because a GPS can only put you roughly in a location people believe that the speed function is likewise affected. Not true! Your vehicle speed is constantly measured by Time over Distance by super accurate atomic calibrated clocks in satellites above. You however can alter your car speedo by 5% simply by changing your tyres! Vehicle speedos are ALWAYS optimistic/faster than actual, real speed to avoid . . . incidents and law suits.
