Don't buy, display stops working after 12 months – I would not recommend as this watch stops working after 12-18month. The display will not light up which means you cannot synch watch or set time at all. It is now useless. Has never been dropped or submerged in water, and Garmin warranty is useless unless your the type that hangs onto all receipts. Garmin products usd to be good, but both my husband and mine latest Garmin's stopped working after 12 months. Show details

Info light stops working after 2 - 2 1/2 years – I bought the watch because I loved that it looked like a stylish analogue watch - but digital too. Having to tap the screen was twitchy / temperamental at times but still workable and did the job. I never expected, however, that after 2 and a half years, the digital info screen would just simply stop working. It is now virtually invisible (first… Read more

sign of fading was about 2/3 weeks ago) rendering it just an analogue watch. It still collects the stats to your phone, but if you need to do ANYTHING with the watch - you can’t (like start a workout or put the watch on Do Not Disturb etc). Very disappointing for a watch that cost A$300. Check the internet - LOTS of complaints about the same problem that don’t show up in product reviews as it’s all sweet at the start. Images attached show 1. The brightness on the day I got the watch and 2. Today.

Piece of junk, good as an analogue watch and not much else – What a waste of money. I chose this one because I liked the analogue clock face that I could see in bright light. That bit is good at least. The smartwatch functionality is… not great. The touch screen has a mind of its own - I have to double tap and double tap and double tap to try to get it to start a workout, which is really frustrating… but… Read more

then it will scroll through the menu while I’m in the shower.

Garmin’s answer is to run a reset. Amazingly enough, it does nothing, because the fault is with the terrible quality of the device itself.

The operating system is stupid, like if I can barely get it to start a workout why the hell would I be recording different moves or poses in Pilates and yoga? Spare me the aggro.

The heart rate detection is so unreliable as to be fiction, as is the sleep monitoring. And the body battery and stress whatevers are a figment of marketing’s imagination.

Give this one a miss.

Battery percentage not visible – Battery percentage not visible. Fix it so we know when to charge watch. This should be done before you decide to sell watch to people and create unesesery stress. Kind regards Damir Show details
