recommend this to is a certain orange president. I will be returning both to where i bought them and look for a new product that is true to shade. Very disappointing.

Awful.. the new formula has different consistency, tone not as good and somehow sits on top of pores and looks horrible. Previously was my go to, now never again. Coverage is uneven patchy and chalky. Horrible, why change a good formula.??? Won’t bother again

blue label that says Combination/Oily skin "?? The long thin tube packaging was now a short fat tube that had confusing labels and I was skeptical but I had no choice but to try it. THIN, Watery cream with very little coverage and definitely no matt finish! There was no finish at all it resembled a tinted moisturiser not a true BB cream! And don't get me started on the colour! Light is sheer & I mistakenly brought the medium online in a batch of 3 tubes and my son noticed straight away! "Why do you look so dark today mum?" I can't even express how disappointed I am that my favourite beauty product is GONE. Not the same just improved! ABSOLUTELY GONE! And now I am gone Garnier. Off in search of my new favourite bb cream and I am not alone. Online forums are filled with women who share my opinion so you have only succeeded in losing your loyal customers who don't understand what on earth you hoped to achieve in your failed revamp of one of your most popular products.

something a bit more matte and this BB cream by Garnier has delivered. I tried a sample at my local Priceline and loved the way it felt on the back of my hand. Since it was only around $14 I thought why not give it a shot and I'm glad I did.

Just on a side note, I have tried the Sensitive Skin version of this BB Cream and did not like it at all. Greasy, streaky, coverage not as good as this version and does not last. Oily by midday, coverage gone by 2pm. Felt too heavy on skin.

PROS:

- Doesn't have any offensive fragrance

- Provides ample coverage, can be layered with no 'balling' issues like other tinted creams. 2 layers is perfect for a full coverage effect

- Covers red marks instantly

- Keeps my enlarged cheek pores in check

- Dries into a powder-like matte finish and stays dry all day (I have dry / combination skin)

- Colour oxidises a little to match my skin tone in a couple of hours

- Has SPF 15 (or so it claims!)

- Because of this cream's mattifying effect, the coverage actually 'sets' and dries and doesn't move around and disappear

- Good price for 40ml of product

- Great for tropical / summer weather

- Doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything on my face

CONS:

- Waaay too runny, the nozzle gets messy after a while. I have to stand mine up upside down in my bathroom cabinet

- For the medium shade, the colour is a bit 'pink' for me, I have a yellow undertone (NC42 in Mac) but like I said above, it tends to oxidise

- Takes a bit of effort to clean from the skin using foamy cleansers. I use an oil cleansing method which works better

it's always been a battle to find the right moisturiser for my skin, my skin never usually responds to a lot of moisturisers I have bought in the past. I use to have to hide my skin under make up sometimes & even than it would be an ongoing nightmare because my skin would be flaky and horrible. This BB cream has been a miracle for me, for someone who has always suffered with horrible dry skin, this has to be the best thing I have ever tried. Tinted moisturiser which is the perfect colour and makes my skin glow. I am in love with this product. And for the price, it's worth giving it ago... I finally found something my skin loves without the expensive price tag. Good bye to my make up and expensive creams. It's a winner! – Have been using Garnier BB cream in Medium for about a month now, no problems whatsoever. A little bit goes a long way, taking a bit of adjustment after the last product I used. For the sake of your eyes, please don't use it – Absolute rubbish. Patchy coverage, I dont even put it near my eyelids and still after a couple of hours my eyes are suddenly burning and in excruciating pain, full of tears and red for hours. any irritation but my skin was becoming terrible..inflamed and pimply, over the last few months. On the off chance I wondered if it could be the new bb cream. So that's how I got here. Wow...I'm upset and relieved at the same time. It's obviously this new formulae. Time to ditch it and search for something else. Suggestions anyone?

Why did you change??? – I came here to add my point of view and have found many others saying the same. The old formula was great. Now it's not just a new package but the cream is watery and oily at the same time, even if shaken. It stings your eyes like crazy and the coverage is rubbish. Stingy, watering eyes – This is the culprit! Couldn’t work out why my eyes were running and hurting! I don’t use it very often only on days off with a bit of mascara but each time I do I’m rushing to wash my face in a couple of hours. All I can say is I’m glad I was home to wash because the pain is unbearable.

strange orange colour and what’s more it’s stinging my eyes! I’m sitting at work in pain and fuming at this situation. You have ruined a fantastic product. I hope you read all these comments and go back to the original formula. Otherwise you have LOST SO MANY CUSTOMERS. Stings my eyes! – As other customers have stated this new formula stings my eyes so badly that I am unable to use it. The coverage is so thin and streaky. Wouldn't recommend for sensitive skin – This product is fine appearance wise, but the fragrance is just overwhelming. Face creams don't need fragrance, after wearing it for an hour the smell is giving me a headache and i only put a tiny amount on to test it. Show details

Bring back the old formula – I have used the combination to oil combo for five plus years- I have tried the new standard and oil to combination formula recently and both within 9 hours left my skin greasy and acidic. Even after doing a facial scrub my skin is still feeling the affects causing breakouts. I miss the consistency and lightness of the old formula. Show details
