We bought our Gasmate Galaxy 4 buner BBQ last year in August (2024). In October this year (2025) I started to notice that the clear coating on the hinged cover was started to blister and come off. in truthfulness was not expecting a reply. Blow me down I get a nice email from Gasmate asking to fill in a warranty claim and if possible send our reciept and photos of the unit, which I did. A few days later Gasmate advise they are going to replace the cover. The new unit arrived today and is now installed. Now that is service. !!!! I cannot express how thrilled we are not only with our BBQ but with a company that stands behind its product. Well done Gasmate!!!!
Appalling customer service – I purchased a high-end outdoor kitchen only to find that the documentation was inadequate and every attempt to obtain after-sales service, via email and telephone, was completely ignored. I do not recommend.
