Completely shockingly useless. Anyone who charges upfront before revealing their professional ignorance and incompetence should be reprimanded. (ick - S*****y please attend to the Nodular scarring and dens whitening!).

Great service, highly recommend – GTS was recommended to me from another business in the auto services industry. True to form, GTS have been great. Saved my business plenty in tax and can't speak highly enough of them. 5 stars

Useless – A more recent review of this business is really needed. It is no exaggeration to say GTS accountants are worse than useless. More of a corner store tax 'shop'. S. couldn't answer basic questions about tax law. Just got blank stares AND charged $120 to sit in a room with her and get ignorance and absolutely NO advice in return. This charge was also not declared up front - nice bill shock.

A good business would not try to scrape pennies out of people but rather focus on developing relationships with clients from whom they could potentially earn thousands of $$ more. They effectively lost me as a client.

I went to a different, less greedy, and more professional agency with people skills who are now my accountants and earning thousands in fees from me, because 1) they know their trade and; 2) they are saving me literally tens of thousands of $$ in tax deductions that is way more than what their fees add up to (and no - they did not charge me for their initial consult). GTS accountants made their $120 from me, but they lost my business.

Tip: Don’t base your decision on cheap fees, and go to an agency based in a better area - they only hire the best (even if they cost a little more).

Massive tax return – What can I say I am stoked with my tax return. They obviously know what they're doing and this is why I am writing this review. Great staff they are really friendly and didn't take forever to process my tax return either. Ill be back next year with a few friends who we're jealous of my return this year!
