WOULD NOT RECOMMEND The benefits and premiums paid are very good initially, BUT, disgusting rates are consistently implemented over the long term.

Ridiculous increase in cost, with no benefit – I have been with this life insurance since 2016. Each year my premiums go up by a few dollars, so does the cover. Thats fine. This year my premiums went up $57 dollars per month. My husband is also insured with them and his just went up $10 as usual. I rang to see if there was some kind of error, and I was told that at a "certain age" your premium just goes up and I had reached that aged so I can pay or reduce my level of cover. Instead, I went and got a quote elsewhere, and even at "my advanced age" the premium was half the cost of Genus life, interestingly my husbands was just a few dollars cheaper, so I will be taking my (and his) business elsewhere.
