of stone (bright white), resulting in a completely different color from what I chose. What I have is a grey base, bright white pebbles and a handful of black pebbles across the entire courtyard. I contacted them. They responded by email and said their 2024 mix was contaminated and KNEW that different white stone they supplied me would effect the appearance of Aspen, but wanted to fill their order. They didn't inform me first, nor give me the opportunity to select something different.

Spending $24,000 on poured concrete is a decision you can’t easily undo. Geostone should have contacted me before the pour to show the updated version of Aspen, allowing me to make an informed choice or seek alternatives. Worse, they continue filling orders based on outdated showroom and website displays, knowing the final result will differ for many other customers.

In short, Geostone disregards your selection by supplying what they can get their hands on to fill the order and expects the customer to be ok with the colour variance by putting a disclaimer on their website. They are too lazy to update their showroom samples, saying that it's on their list to do in 2025.
