Giantz Garden Shed Questions & Answers
I have Outdoor Garden Shed 2.38x1.31M With Base Grey, the holes on part 5 don’t line up… unsure which side, if either, to just screw in anyway?
I cannot figure how 6 goes on. Can anyone help please
I bought the Giantz garden shed with base shed-flat-4x8-abc over 5 years ago and just got around to opening it. There are no instructions in my boxes and only 2/3 pages that have the parts listed. Would anyone have the instructions manual to this? Thanks
does the manual/ instructions come with the shed
I'm sure it does, but this shed is the worst quality and if you're thinking of buying it, you'll be wasting your money. It's garbage.
The panels at the back don’t meet up
Same issues as everyone else. No information in the instructions for the front frame, parts 6, 7, 8 & k!! Do not buy this shed!
I have those instructions in my booklet.
Does anyone have an actual video of how to put parts 6,7 and 8 on correctly? There are no pre drilled holes.
I have the same problem and don't know what to do. Can anyone help?
I'm doing mine now and same not sure how to do it. Did you guys do it help please
Does anyone have an answer for how part k fits with Parts 7&8?
The ridges are on 7 and 8 and the screws will dig into them - you do not need holes. Makes sure the ridges are facing out and the others upwards. with regard K it just sites in and I assuming that it will stop the sliding door going too far.
Thanks so much Jane, this saved me today :) It worked perfectly.
The first problem was a missing P3 sheet for the centre of the back. Now off to local shed market to see if they can cut one to size. Second problem which many have raised was the lack of pre-drilled holes in parts 6, 7 and 8 which hold up the door. Now have to drill them to line up with front panels. Very poor instructions on how to fit doors to sliders. Thank goodness for You Tube. Do not bother purchasing a Giantz Garden Shed.
part 6, 7 8 do not need predrilled holes. You use the ridges in 7 and 8 for the screws.
Thanks so much Jane, this saved me today. Super helpful and 100% correct.
Hi. Has anyone had any good experiences with a Giants shed? I just bought two but after seeing all of this am even hesitant to taKE THE PARTS OUT OF THE BOX?
I wouldn't buy one again. I brought two sheds and they were useless. One of them is still sitting in my garage waiting for a trip to the tip.
Ok. Better to know now! Have to work out if they will take them back! So many bad reviews that I did not see initially
I am finding them relatively easy, so far, to assemble. Much easier than others which I have bought although the pictures in the instructions where there are some small details could be a bit bigger.
I just finished assembling it les the doors as yet. It is a bit tricky as the instructions are not clear at all. I always try my best and if necessary I undo and do it again as it should.
I would be able to easily install one after this experience.
I bought a Giants garden shade and I need some one to assemble it

I am paying some builders to assemble the shed at $80 an hour. They have been held up due to no holes drilled in part of the door frame. This project is costing more due to the different parts not being adequately done. Is there a helpline which can assist with this problem? It gets extra expensive when the parts aren't drilled the way they should.

Hi, can anyone help with instructions on how to assemble parts 7,8 &6 0n a Giantz model flat 4x6 garden shed the instructions that came with the kit are not worth the paper they are written on regret purchasing this product.
Does anyone have an actual video of how to put parts 6,7 and 8 on correctly?
Hi, I have the same problem if receive any information or video regarding this issue please let me know. cheers.
absolutely terrible construction and instructions no holes drilled in section 7 and 8 for fixing for doors flimsy material a nightmare would not recommend to anyone spend a little extra and buy Australian products.
Yes, you certainly need more than a few basic tools to put this shed up. To make it fit together I had to use an angle grinder and pop riveter for starters. Tin snips will come in handy too. Fixing the ridge capping on the roof is difficult because after you have joined the two pieces together, how do you get to the middle of the roof to fix it down? The roof isn't strong enough to take an adult's weight so you'll need to be quite innovative to find some way to spread your weight. At times I thought I would never complete it. Perseverance is needed. Not the instruction manual.
I am looking at a garden shed that is 2.31m X 3.1m Tool Metal Workshop Shelter on eBay. I am concerned about the actual height of the shed. I am 1.8m tall. Is the measurement for the height referring to the height of the door or the actual ceiling?
Don’t buy the shed they are so bad I can’t stress that enough they shouldn’t be aloud to sell them
Should I remove the plastic protective film from shed panels.. if so how and when
when mounting rectangular plates, It ends up with about 30mm gap between them ( 12R and 12L ). Can't figure out whats causing this.
