described my problem which has now been rectified. Purchased Razer Gold Cards from www.gift-card.com. First purchase was for 2 x $100 AUD cards. They worked fine. Next time the purchase was 1x $100 and 1 X $50 . The $50 card was good. But the $100 came back saying it was already used. Not true. Contacted their Support service with details attached photos of the card. We noticed that the card number contained letters as well as numbers. Which is different from the cards that actually worked their card numbers consisted of numbers alone. A few emails later with Support got me nowhere. In the end I have lost $100. Don't be sucked in by the fact that you only pay for the card amount.
I have lost a total of 3680, I thought I was helping this country by buying giftcards from Glen Iris Victoria. They will send me e gift cards with the funds depleted. Avoid True Rewards Beware when considering these as a gift to someone The gift cards have an activation date when purchased rather than when redeeming which have a relatively short term expiry date. Over 6 months to resolve card issue – Purchased gift card, used once for an uber trip. Card then no longer working. Called customer service multiple times advised to wait and they will look into it. First they say that they will send a cheque to refund it just wait. Next time they said it has been escalated and I will get a refund or cheque. After over 6 months and repeated calls explaining the same thing over and over, they finally made the card active to use again.
Poor service – Very poor service takes way to long to receive the product you purchased would not recommend this company to anyone
Absolete joke of customer service and massive blame push onto everyone but them – Nothing but errors when trying to purchase gift cards and every time they blame my system or my bank. I have spent hours on the phone to both them and the bank as well as email and getting absolutely nowhere. Delivery is too slow – Very easy to use the website but once you have purchased the gift card is not instantly received by the recipient. It takes hours if not days for the order to go through. I do not recommend using this e gift card.
Avoid for your own wellbeing – As others have said all but impossible to spend full value of card. Website is misleading with false and confusing information, phone support is useless. Don't get sucked in and waste your time and money.
Great way to waste money as card never works. Scam – Absolutely terrible, tried multiple times to use a gift card but doesn’t work. An absolute waste of time. Given as a gift and card is a scam and total waste of space.

Impossible in practice to fully spend these cards - will take to ACC – I have bought several Coles cards when on sale, knowing that are only available for digital spend. That's slightly inconvenient but OK. However it turns out that if your transaction exceeds the card amount, the payment doesn't go through. Also, these cards are non-transferrable. small amounts left on it that are extremely difficult to spend. In effect, they make it hard to use the card and will for most customers keep their small change. Don't waste your time, unless you want something to contact the ACC about.
Google Play card does not work – Purchased a $50 Google Play gift card from this website, thinking it would be reputable as it's backed by Coles Group. Card doesn't redeem and gives an error message. They refuse to do anything or take any responsibility as Google is a 'third party' and they 'cannot access their system'. Um, but you could refund me? Send a new card? Money is essentially lost. Would not allow me to lodge a complaint. Not interested at all. AVOID.

Website payment system is terrible – I tried three different credit cards. Same result here. Transaction Failed. Speak to customer service. Their system is terrible. Coles needs to uplift this system.
Gift card was already used – Purchased a $250 Coles gift card which was already used with a balance of $0. They refused to do anything about it and told me I had to contact Coles Pre paid Mastercard. Over 1 month of trying to get through to someone over the phone and no one has ever picked up. Now going through the ACCC.
Tried to purchase multiple times but transaction fails. Asked to speak to customer service – Terrible experience from this store. They'll charge your credit card but don't process the transaction. Tried across multiple cards. Avoid giftcards.com.au! Save yourself the hassle.
Transaction Failed. Speak to customer service – The payment transaction failed, and their customer service kept trying to blame the bank. However, I've never had an issue with any other payments on websites, except this website.
No one is there to listen the issue – I purchased a couple of e-gift cards from this site. One is for Coles and another is for Kmart. card is fine. If this doesn't work in one machine, I need to go to a second machine. They are not ready to address the actual issue or accept the pain of customer. It seems like that there is no one to listen the technological issue for these gift cards. I am totally frustrated with these gift cards. I feel that purchasing these cards means purchasing unnecessary harassment.
