Do not use this business – Beware this mob do not deliver on time even when given plenty of notice. When I rang to follow up where the order was the person, whose name was [Name Removed], was exceptionally rude. Unprofessional and rude. They take your money and don’t deliver on your preferred date. Don’t waste your time and money. There are other businesses out there that will do a better job.

There is a reason why they have reviews disabled on facebook! – My order didn't show up on my mums birthday like it was supposed to. It was never communicated to me that anything was wrong or had been delayed, I had left a contact mobile & email but heard nothing about the issue. know why it wasn't delivered, that sometimes the courier gets "snowed under", and that they definitely need more couriers for that area. That was that, I couldn't believe it. They honestly could not care less, all he told me was that it will probably be delivered today. Today is NOT my mums birthday. Delivering hampers & gifts you'd think that a company would be focused on delivering on time, since they are such time sensitive gifts. But nope, not this company! Nor could they care if you ring them! In my time, I've had plenty of hiccups with deliveries here and there - what really cements your perception of a company is how they deal with those issues. Stay away, choose a much better company for your sake. If I could give a big fat ZERO out of 5 I would.

Wonderful service and product – Couldnt ask for better service. Ordered 5 hampers, only 4 turned up due to courier issue, Don couldn’t fix the problem quickly enough, another hamper was dispatched immediately. The presentation and content of the hampers is first class , and I have tried 2 or 3 other providers over the years. They also do Gluten Free hampers which is great value and doesn’t lack for goodies despite that restriction. I would highly recommend this company.

Doesn't live up to the name – Phoned an order through, my friends mum passed away a very sad time,was promised delivery by the Friday,still not received by the Saturday,couldn’t get hold of anyone when they finally made contact the attitude was disgusting basically too bad too sad. the beer and wine hamper. The hamper was delivered beautifully package with great produce for the recipient to enjoy and indeed they throughly enjoyed it.

Rude, Useless. Go elsewhere – I ordered from Gift sensation last year and had problems. The hamper arrived missing certain items as I discussed the contents on the phone with my mum for her birthday. I later called them up to discuss why things were missing/different. They advised the reserve the right to switch out item’s that aren’t in stock which is fair enough. My biggest… Read more

issue was the items were completely different and 2-3 “lesser value items” were switched out with 1 “larger value” item. The hamper itself was quite bare. The other issue was I was never even informed that there were changes even a simple email would of made me aware.

THEY offered a refund which I accepted, a year on I decided to order from them again, I’m not the sort of person that wouldn't write off a company for a mistake. When I called to confirm if when the order would be delivered they advised they were “confused by me ordering from them again” “If I had problems why would I be back”. I had advised them because from their website their products still looks good & asked them “if they even want me as a customer”. The customer service agent advised “well we are out of stock on some items and the same thing will happen again” I advised “look that’s ok it’s just more your failure to inform and if the entire hamper is substituted out in all honestly it’s not what I ordered”. He turned around and said well “we feel like we were scammed from you last time”.

I was speechless, never before has a company been so intent on driving my business away, even if there were minor substitutions I would still have likely ordered from them again going forward as my mum lives in a different city. I promptly cancelled my order due to the sheer rudeness and advised them not to bother delivering the hamper. I asked when the debit would be reversed and the phone went silent which made me nervous. I promptly called back up to be greeted by a very unfriendly “you again”.

I have never been so offended in my life, I’ve gone out of my way to create a product review account just to put this complaint. When I called a competitor, I was greeted by a friendly consultant with a superior product, lesson learned.
