Send wrong products, and were arrogant about rectifying their issue - Worst service EVER – I ordered two Potty Putters from this company, and paid immediately via Paypal. They shipped me the wrong items and would not ship the replacements. I emailed back asking them to reship. needed them straight away. They flat out refused to do this, saying that this was against policy. I said I would buy them elsewhere, but my wife decided to buy the same item again from their website, and paid for it again. They then sent us a huffy email saying that they weren't going to ship the new order which i had paid for again because I had threatened to write bad reviews (gee i wonder why).

So, in the interests of protecting other buyers, I'm writing bad reviews. Beware of this company. I found the product for the same price online on Ebay anyway, and with free postage.
