Disappointed. Very – I don’t know who owns this product/service, but I am very disappointed with the latest iteration - supermarkets and food outlets dropping off the list, the unacceptable long 1-2 day delivery times for a digital gift card, and restrictions to only in-store shopping for many choices.

Thanks for your review and sorry to hear that you were not able to redeem your gift for exactly what you wanted. Our digital gift card has a large range of retailers available and this includes supermarkets and food outlets, however the company or organisation that sent you your gift does have the option to limit or restrict certain categories, for example by removing supermarkets. It appears that this is why you're not able to see supermarkets as an option in your gift card. You can enquire with the sender of your gift card as to why they chose to limit your options. Please also note that the vast majority of digital gift cards are available immediately, however some retailers do occasionally have a delay. In the case of Bunnings, their gift card platform does occasionally delay fulfillment, but that is a delay caused by Bunnings, not by GiftPay.
