A COMPLETE SCAM - ZERO STARS – I ordered from Giftsnideas, not having done my research into reviews about this website. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered a same day delivery for an interstate birthday and at the end of the day received a phone call saying they were out of stock and wanted me to confirm ALL of my details again over the telephone including Credit Card number and my partner's details (irrelevant) which i refused to do. They declined to offer a refund - i pushed them and they finally agreed to refund. It is now 11 days later and still no refund. Got in touch with the customer service dept today who stated it will take an additional 8-10 business days to receive a refund. This is simply unacceptable, and appears to be a SCAM SITE. I would not recommend to others to use this website.

I would give zero rating if I could – Be aware of scsmmers! Ordered gift basket and was promised to be delivered the same day, which was reflected in price for that basket. They took my money, but next morning I received an email asking me to provide photo of my ID and credit card. Tried to call them, no response. Chatted to bot on their website after which they finally called me. They advised me that without providing demanded documents they will not post order and they will not refund money. Scammers. It cost me more than $200. I wish I would read multiple bad reviews on other sites before paying.
