mattress was faulty which I did and also advised that I would need to exchange it and happy to pay additional to have the same mattress I bought from them for my sons birthday a couple of days previously. Myer advised they will go back to the supplier. I was resorted to sleeping on my mattress topper on the floor.I was becoming sick and got emailed the supplier wants a video now. Which I provided. I also attached a medical certificate for the pain and sickness to be told it’s too bad the supplier said it’s my fault and they won’t be doing anything and neither can Myer. Very disappointed and distressed.
