I had an excellent experience with GK Blinds. The team was professional, punctual. The installation was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for blinds – their service and product quality are outstanding!
Lack of customer service – I contacted GK Blinds in Clyde North on Thursday 27 July 2023, and requested a quote for blinds and curtains for a new home I am building in Clyde North. Arrangements were made for GK Blinds to attend at the house on Monday 31 July 2023, to measure and quote. I advised that I would be at the house from 8AM. I waited all day, until 4PM and GK Blinds failed to turn up or contact me per telephone. This is disgusting customer service and I would not recommend this company to anyone considering them for blinds or curtains. If I could have rated them lower than 1 star I would have.
