I love this product ! I have read the negative reviews but, honestly, it does what it says it will. You do need to use a good scrubber and put some effort in but I have been pleased with the results. Show reply
Useless product that does do as it claims. Tried several applications to no avail on our shower screen which is deep cleaned weekly & only 2 1/2 years old. Upside was I did get a refund under their guarantee policy. Show details
Don’t waste your money. I tried it twice, followed all instructions and still no improvement to the glass shower screen. What ultimately did improve my shower screen was orange power concentrated liquid. Show details

Cleaned washing machine mould perfectly. Looks brand new now. Thanks! Show details · 1
Tried the Glassguard product today. I have really hard stubborn water stains in the shower. On the screen doors. It's not hard to use. It hasn't worked for my problem. I used the cream and sponge provided. I still have cloudy shower doors. I also have the glass wipes. There's not much product on the wipes. They are ok. Nothing amazing. Im disappointed that this product doesn't match what it says it should do. Show details

Did not work. I had hard water stains on a shower screen at a rental property. After trying a lot of different products, I was ready to replace the glass but decided to buy GLASSGUARD and give it a try, mainly due to the advertising. I followed the instructions and upon rinsing the glass it looked amazing, just like they show you on social media… Read more
advertising, only to find that the water marks were still there once the water was wiped away and the glass was dry. Repeated 3 times, same disappointing result. As a last resort, I ended up using an auto glass polishing compound, Meguiar's $35 from Supercheap Auto with 0000 fine steel wool from Bunnings. This method worked better, but it took a bit of muscle and also had to repeat a few times in the badly effected areas. I had to take a picture to show the results, pretty pleased in the end. I wish I had a picture before I started. The tenants left it in a pretty bad state, very cloudy, could not see through it, and that was after the bond cleaners.
GLASSGUARD, the product did not work for me. Maybe it works on soap scum and minor water marks, but for heavy hard water stains it just did not make a dent. 1 star because I had to, so I'll say the 1 star is for the relentless advertising that convinced me to spend my money. Well done on that.

It does clean the shower glass just like any other cleaner but it doesn’t do other things its ad claims it does. I bought this product after I got convinced by its ad running in social media, that when applied, water will just slide down and would stay stain-free for weeks. It’s all a lie! The product is expensive. I stopped using it after trying… Read more
it twice. I went back to my old cleaning wonder Jif or Coles’ Ultra Cleaning Cleanser. It’s cheap. It’s as effective as Glassguard and move volume. Lesson learned - NEVER BUY ANYTHING ADVERTISED ON FACEBBOK AND INSTRAGRAM. If it’s too good to be true, it’s a SCAM!
NOTE: The photo attached is the result after a week of application.

Edit: As you can see from Glassguards reply, the same excuses have been regurgitated. At the end of the day I carefully read the instructions on the website and the packaging, followed instructions to the tee, and am left with a ruined shower floor. I’d love to see where abouts on the website it suggests to check with the tile manufacturer before… Read more
using the product! (I asked at least twice for them to direct me to this advice as it’s not very helpful after the fact!) I also offered for the company to just compensate me for a wet seal product that I will purchase to conceal the damage from their product, I believe the total cost was less than $70 NZD, a reasonable middle ground! But I have now been ignored, in their own words, “as far as we are concerned the case is now closed”
Zero stars for product and zero stars for customer service.
I tried to resolve this issue privately but Glassguard are not willing to come to the party.
Do not trust GlassGuard’s advertising or their so-called “customer service.”
I purchased their Miracle Mould Removal Gel based on the clear claims on their website that it is safe to use on tiles. Nowhere did it state that it was only suitable for “sealed, non-porous” tiles, or that I should check with my tile manufacturer before use — yet this is the excuse they repeatedly fell back on once their product caused permanent damage to my almost brand-new bathroom.
Despite following their instructions to the letter (including a patch test and thoroughly washing the product away), the next day I was left with discoloured, ruined tiles. Their response? • Deny any fault with the product. • Claim I must not have removed it properly (despite evidence to the contrary). • Repeatedly invent “warnings” about tile compatibility that are not listed anywhere on their product page. • Insist that because they’ve “never had this complaint before,” my case must be my fault.
The most insulting part is that they positioned the damage as an “anomaly” yet refused to compensate me beyond refunding the $40 I spent on the product — leaving me to foot the bill for repairs to tiles worth thousands of dollars.
This is not just poor customer service, it is misleading advertising and a refusal to take responsibility when their product fails. Instead of standing by their guarantee of safety for tiles, they shut the case, blamed the customer, and hid behind scripted excuses.
If you value your home, avoid this company. Their products are not as safe as they claim, and their “support” is nothing more than polite stonewalling.

budged a bit, and I must say I can't recommend this product.
Despite the bold claims in their advertising it doesn't work, so it was $37 not well invested.
Follow-up · To their credit, Glassguard pro-actively contacted me on the back of my review and offered to enact their money back guarantee. I have received that refund for the cost of the product itself.

I was skeptical as we had used multiple other products over the last few years to no effect. The mould on the washing machine door rubber was a lot. My husband applied a light coat before we went to bed and it was 80% gone by morning. He then wiped it and applied a 2nd heavy coat and waited another 90 mins and yahoo it’s all gone. Glassguard mould removal gel has worked wonderfully well on darkened grout on shower and bath tiles. Have tried other products and hard scrubbing but this is best result by far without vigorous scrubbing. Highly recommend. Show details · 1

A worthwhile product – A definite improvement! Easy application. Washes away like gel in that it may need a poke A gentle spread with an old toothbrush gives a more even application. I am happy with the product. Show details · 1

The product did absolutely nothing to restore glass shower screen haze. Wasted my money. The glass evidently is not “stained” it is hard water etched, and this product won’t do anything to change that appearance. Sydney water for over 20yrs the culprit evidently. Show details

I found the mould removed gel to work, removing most of the mould from the shower grout and some of the silicone. BUT I believe I was misled, it smells like [Content Removed]and the ingredients state [Content Removed], which only changes moulds colour, not killing it. The glass cleaner did not do anything to hard water stains, on two showers tried with 2 applications. Show details

Tried the glass cleaner a few times in line with the instructions. Unfortunately it cleaned the glass no better than normal windex. The water marks are still visible. Expensive considering the time and effort it takes to get below expected results.

Exceeded Expectations – I saw this all over Facebook and was sceptic but decided to try as hard to find anything that works. This products won't make your glass look brand new but has easily been the most effective product I've used in a long time. Very happy with the results. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the price, pretty expensive compared to everything else available. Show details · 1

Don't bother if you have hard water stains – Quick postage with handy cleaning tips emailed out. Literally no difference in my shower screen after applications. See before and after pictures. Also tried the mould remover and it took so much force to squeeze out of the tube that it spurted out in big clumps and I couldn't apply easily to grout so I have no idea if it actually works. Unfortunately a waste of my money in this instance. Show details

Great product and great customer service – The glass nanoguard is great! Best thing I’ve ever used on my shower glass. Photos are before and then halfway through cleaning the screen. I had an issue with the toilet and bath guard and the customer service I have received has been amazing, above and beyond my expectations. Looking forward to trying the mold remover and grout and tile guard next. I’m a return Customer for sure. Show details · 1

Works exactly as described – Ok, I was sceptical but this stuff is amazing, works exactly as described. I had some stubborn mould in my shower (admittedly neglected doing a thorough clean for about 2ish years ), and this worked a treat. There are a couple of spots in the grout that need another go over (still greatly improved over how they started), the silicone has come up perfectly. Show details · 1
This is basically glorified and expensive bleach – The product is pretty much bleach (sodium hypochlorite) in gel. It didn't kill mould only bleached it temporarily. On top of that the label had no warning or mention of its bleaching effect, which in my opinion is deceptive and negligent. My new pants came into contact with it for one second. I immediately washed it off, but it left bleach stains… Read more
