Cooks well, looks good but has cheapo accessories. Terrible Customer Care – The oven itself is pleasing to the eye. It cooks well. However the poor quality of the cooking racks that span 900mm across was very disappointing. and needed replacement. 'Gerry' from Glem was very arrogant when I called customer care, he was insulting and offered no assistance to my husband or self, he had a "its too bad" attitude he did not want to help me at all, or except that there are issues with the oven. I didn't give up and got a second grilling rack (very sturdy) to bake on. I now use 2 grilling racks and no wire racks, as they are useless, thin and not supportive. I also don't like how you cannot see if the gas oven has successfully lit unless you reach your hand to the bottom of the oven and feel with your hand over a small hole if there is heat coming out, often the oven does not lite first time, and there is no visual to tell if so. The oven feels shakey and unsteady even when properly screwed to the wall with the chain/brackets, when closing the oven door the whole oven shakes, so I have to be careful closing it. And I have to tell my small children to stay away as I don't quite trust it. For a $2000 oven it cooks well but I expected more...I'm hoping there is going to be no more issues with it, because the experience with Gerry from Glem was horrible. I would not buy from Glen ever again!!!

I truely hate this dangerous cooker I had the misfortune of purchasing in 2016. The oven overheats – The looks of the cooker and the large oven sold me when I saw it. But it is dangerously hot on the outside when the oven is in use You have to use oven mitts just to press the light on. I am sorry I bought this one. I have teen grandchildren and I won't allow them to be anywhere near the cooker when the oven is in use, that's how bad it is. It cooks alright no problems there..  Show details

Severe Condensation Issues – I am really unhappy with this oven and the support offered by Glem and from Appliances Online where I purchased it. When using the oven the two kitchen units on either side fill with condensation. Glem have advised me that this 'just happens' with some ovens and that there's nothing that can be done. Just ok – I saved and saved to buy my Glem Oven. Whilst it is at the bottom end of the price brackets, I was expecting slightly better to be honest. Poor Quality – The unit was full of scratch marks on the hobb. The oven has a loud banging noise when heating and cooling. The unit is very unsteady on the legs due to the weight. This is very concerning to the user with hot pots on the hobb. Poor quality product overall for the price.
