I wanted the hair care product. They sent me the skin care product. They made me jump through hoops and spend my own money to return an unopened package. UPS said they received it a week ago. I still have not had my money returned and I’m unable to communicate with any live person. This company is a rip off after reading other reviews. Glowy skin in weeks! – My skin looks and feels so much better than it did before I started Glov. It's softer, more "bouncy" and the fine wrinkles and lines appear to be fading. Love it! Show reply

Brighter and healthier skin – after the first use my eyes had already improved: brighter and healthier looking. on the second use I saw no changes. to the third yes. I'm no longer using makeup or other creams/serums. needles (even when I do all the tips that they listed, loosening the cap, holding the center needle down more, etc) and its VERY PAINFUL to use this product. I look like I have a sunburn -probably because the serum would not flow and I kept trying on my face. Also, I ordered a three-month supply of TWELVE —that only came with FOUR needle sets that arrived saying they were "single use"! Once it arrived the instructions say you need a new head for each use!

Very disappointed, not any result. I wrote a honest comment on Facebook and they just deleted it so it seems that all the reviews are very positive. Difficult to get the liquid out of the needles. Their service is ridiculously slow or not at all. My order never showed up and they will not refund my money because I never received the product!! They say it is in transit and out of their hands until it is received. Order was placed on May 22nd. Their arrival time was May 28 to June 2nd. The biggest scam on the internet! Charging people then refusing to refund them in their promised 7-15 day time frame. I purchased a product on February 3rd and decided to cancel it the same day. I received many emails promising a refund but it never happened. Then they stopped responding to me. The purchase was $69. ...they have to be doing the same to many other people. steps that I needed to follow and after doing that I'd receive an email letting me know that my new box would be on its way! Well, I did all that was required of me, I followed my steps and got confirmation from Glov. Well, going on 2 months and 19 emails later, I still don't have a replacement box!? I don't know if she was just saying that to blow smoke where the sun doesn't shine or what, but every email comes back saying they will let me know something as soon as possible!! My question is, what decision? Your rep wrote me asking me to follow these certain steps and I'd be getting a replacement box?? So, just be careful, Glov doesn't seem to follow through with what they say they will do and I'm SO sick of companies getting away with that. Product does not work – This product is a scam! They take two weeks to send it out and contact you on the day of receipt to write a review. the products are shipped from China. They will bombard you with emails, WhatsApps to get you to buy more before you even try it (Red Scam Flag). I completed four treatments, and it is obvious that it does NOT work, zero change. I also tried it on spider veins 4 x, and they actually got worse! There is effective brainwashing going on with their marketing; don't waste your money. The main ingredient is water! When I contacted them that I wished to have my money back they were swift and insulting in their response and offered no solution and told me no, because I was outside the 30-day warranty. When I responded with the Australian consumer laws, I got zero response and they haven't been in touch since. Beware of the before and after photos - one will be without make-up and one with, so make your own conclusions. I have lodged a dispute with Paypal to get my money back under "item not as described".

Mask Broke in 10 Days – The mask broke after 10 days. I sent it back over a month aga. Confirmed with them that the mask was received on January 2nd. And ever since then, I have not received a credit, but instead the complete run around from this company. There are too many other masks out there and I strongly recommend that you DON'T buy one from Glov!!!! If I could them negative stars, I would. Show details

Lovely product with fast results – The stamping left my face a little red which died down very quickly. My face felt a little tight after applying but was glowing the next day. This was my 1st application so I’m keen to see the results grow as I keep using it. Show reply

Not the full package – This is a rip off. I bought the 6 month programme which has 12 vials, but they only send 4 needle heads. Now I have to buy 8 more needle heads. A complete con! Qure had all reqired bits and pieces plus a spray to disinfect the face. I am not happy! Show details

Good so far! – I am only giving a 4 star rating right now because I’ve only used the Micro infusion once and I want to use it more than once to give a better review. After the first time though, my skin was hydrated and o ly slightly red. Show 2 replies

the same time but was too scared to use, finally convincing myself that surely they can’t stuff that up? The serum doesn’t even come out enough to actually infuse and if you were actually going to do your whole face (or the 2-3 passes of your whole face they recommend) you’d be sitting there pressing that stupid little infuser to your face for over an hour). Honestly, given the quality of their other products I just gave up and threw the whole thing in the bin. Utterly useless and I don’t trust their technology so I’d rather not risk my face with their products. I could have used the rest of their serum as a topical treatment but honestly, they just feel like the Temu of skincare which is just not worth putting on your face. Also didn’t make any difference to my skin. Neither product. Just don’t risk it.

More micro needles needed with purchase – I find it disturbing that with all the comments about "cleanliness". etc, that there were only 2 sets of microneedles for all of the vials. There surely is a need for more needle sets and I would like to have some sent to me. Kat Hammett
