Bad gmx bikes – I'm very lucky I have read these reviews. I was about to buy the 250 and the 125 but sounds like every toy they have is absolutely rubbish. Lucky for reviews. Cheers to the community

A motorcycle that is poorly made should not be allowed into Australia – Never has been ridden for more than an hour without breaking down, never will buy a GMX again complete waste of money. They should pay people to take all their stock to the tip.

Definitely underrated! – Had no problems, I easily chose a product that was within my low price range, rang ahed to verify stock and adjusted accordingly and finalised payment. Surprisingly good – Ive recently purchased 2 bikes 1 Yamaha 230 and 1 gmx 150.i cant believe how great the 150 goes great surprise and great bike

Don't buy, no after service – I have a 5 year old gmx farm edition and the fibreglass seat has fallen apart. they sent a message back saying yes we have your seat. It wasn't the seat for the model. They just wanted to sell anything. I repeated many emails, they are not interested in helping me keep this quad going. It's not a disposable item. I will never buy a gmx anything again

understand why both are broke and he cannot ride them already. Customer service to find the bikes were absolute crap and only answer we got was "they'll be there" 4 different days we had time off work for the ETA and they never arrived and in the end had to pick them both up from hazelmere. Just felt like the whole time was about them receiving our money and I ce that was met, they didn't give a crap about anything else. Would not use these service again

the bike just arrived & will post asap express so it arrives before Christmas. Sadly the bike did not arrive until Jan 5th. Terrible customer service the entire time. Blame covid. Blame courier. Courier blame covid, blame Christmas. What a joke. At one point my bike arrived in qld then several days later the courier sent it back to Melbourne. Ruined our Christmas camping trip, my kids ended up with a photo of their Christmas gift instead of the gift. Package damaged on arrival. Assembled correctly & fuel was leaking. Absolutely rubbish. Regret not checking reviews first.

what a waste of money time, their third party affiliates go easy online are just as bad with rude staff

Do not buy from this company – Worse bikes i advice everyone to stay away from these bikes. I bought a 50cc for my son and he had to half an hour rides on it now it wont start. every weekend. Just for these guys to sell faulty products. Its wrong in every way. Your upsetting families pockets not only that but also little kids.

have to take the bike to a mechanic to have it accessed (absolute joke). The product arrived faulty, therefore a refund or replacement should be offered - not make us run circles for 9 weeks then tell us to take it to a mechanic. Issue also reported to ACCC today.

Avoid like the plague. Don't say I didn't warn you – This company sells rubbish bikes from Vietnam. Half the reviews note important parts missing or broken. The rest of the parts are very poor quality and break easily. My 6 year old's brand new quad bike was out of the box with the broken parts glued together. work at all. The clutch spring broke after one day, Petrol leaked from the cheap and nasty fuel filter all over the exhaust (where is was touching !!). The chain stretched after three days and keeps falling off. I am now an expert in two stroke mechanics and have managed to keep the bike going with regular maintenance.

The parts warranty is for three months. After waiting for three weeks for the warranty parts they admitted they had sent them to the wrong state but then changed their tune to "needing verification" of the warranty issues. They started to lie about previous conversations. All reviews about these people are terrible. Do not take the risk. Harvey Norman Online is now discontinuing them as a supplier after a raft of complaints. Will it take a child on fire to stop these people.
