Good product – I have been using the device for about 4 months now, once a week. I didn't see results for about a month but at the moment, about half of my hair has gone on my legs. It does take a while but it is working and it takes so little time to do it. You do have to play around with which setting to use for each area but once you find, it's easy. Cut to the chase This item hasn’t worked for me. My skin is fair and my hair is dark and thick. After use my skin does feel like it has had an IPL session. Some flashes even get that “through to the roots” type zap feeling. I have used the device weekly for 5 weeks and have noticed absolutely no change. I have only used it on one leg as I wanted to compare but there is no difference in hair width, growth density or speed.

Packaging The product is packaged/presented reasonably well although the glasses and shaver are just stuck behind the items casing and don’t have their own spot. If you are wanting to pack it all back in its box each time it makes things quite frustrating.

Inclusions: There was no cleaning cloth which was annoying because the laser window does touch your skin so it does need a wipe every now and again. Instruction booklet - average. It had everything required in understandable language

Design: Looks nice and feels smooth but it is a little awkward and large in the hand.

Ease of use: The size of the case around the laser window makes it difficult to judge the flash area for accurate placement on consecutive flashes. Guidelines could be a helpful. A little awkward to hold

which I think is an unreasonable time. The upside was that my complaints to the seller were answered promptly, and I eventually obtained a full refund through Paypal (less the $17 return postage). So while I only lost $17 financially, it was a frustration and hassle for no result. I have since bought a Braun device which works very well. GoBare not recommended.
