Unprofessional and created more stress – Extremely unprofessional service! We had a simple 2 bedroom apartment to move only 10 minutes away but they couldn't even manage that. They cancelled on the day due to not being able to manage their bookings properly. I would never recommend these guys to anyone. More stress of finding last minute removalists is not what you need when you move! Thanks again for providing us with such an awful experience.

3.5 hours late and bad communication – Avoid them! They simply did not turn up at booked time and I had to call them several times to re-organize so I could start moving 3.5 hours later. Calling the customer? Why bother? Don't rely on this company, they don't respect their customers to let them know about late arrivals /cancellations. When I called them after 30 minutes waiting they told me that they are on their way only to call them in another 30 minutes to find out that their offsider did not turn up in the morning so the driver just decided to go home. A move is stressful itself but with this company...very bad experience. First red flag was when before the move I asked them in email to confirm that they received moving instructions but again, they did not bother sending a confirmation email despite they ware being asked to do so. Also I was quoted for $110 hour and asked for a discount after the move. They charged $110 instead of $129. I don't know why they call this a discount when the quote was $110 an hour. That supposed to be the original price. Very unprofessional, no respect to the customer company, avoid them!
