Trying "Fi" Will Leave You High & Dry – I paid upfront for their service, yet was never assigned any number or ever sent any phone. Since I rec'd Nothing, I chose to pay NOTHING. So, naturally they terminated my service...or was it???? I'm still being billed months afterward. Attempting to get any refund is like pulling teeth from a mastodonsaurus. So, I contacted my creditor and they blocked any transactions citing how they've received an overwhelming number of complaints regarding their practices. Quite frankly, this is the only option available in order to prevent one from being Screwed continuously.
