brilliant.

Unfortunately the ‘stylishly European’ interesting door mechanism broke after one month. I can still open the door if I pull the handle, and twist the door upwards to open it. As a strong man this is relatively easy. God knows how a smaller person would cope with this. After three call outs under warranty there STILL IS NO FIX FOR MY DOOR!

The first spin cycle after the wash can get EXTREMELY out of balance. The machine smashes against the wall or the dryer next to it and walks across the floor putting massive strain on the inlet hose. This is a KNOWN PROBLEM with this machine which I ignored at my peril because I was thrilled with the bright red colour and black door surround. But like the tragic story of the beautiful model who turns out to be a horrid person, I fell for this machines charms.

Now after months of use the LED board cuts out and the power cuts out for a second at a time, often during ANY of the spin cycles which shows the machine is about to die totally.

Oh, and an occasional rattle has begun upon the start of the cottons cycle and the belt is just starting to squeak!

Sadly it is less than six months old and I’ve had it. I will be going for a refund from Appliances Online and getting a Simpson or LG from someone else.

Love this machine – I purchased this product mainly for the colour - Red......how happy am I that, not only is it a great colour, it actually does a great job and was a great price. Unlike a lot of front loaders it has a short, short cycle and also gives the user the ability to select the variables of temperature, spin speed etc and save it as your favourite. Highly recommended

Great so Far – Only had this washer for four weeks now but so far we cannot complain and compared to our old top load there is no comparison. We load it up and just turn it on. 1400rpm and the result is perfect. You can adjust water temp, Spin speed and load plus all the other options that it comes with. Appliances online are great to deal with. We have no problem with the noise like others have but we have heard this before about this model.

8kg is good but the noise is bad – I bought this washing machine at appliance online website. they deliver and install the machine for me, which is good. But the noise is too loud , and the vibration is too strong. I asked the staff to fix this for me, they said they will come but the didn't show up. And I asked them again, they fixed the vibration but the noise is still bad.  Show details
