concerning. Only after I raised a complaint with my bank did I finally receive a call from Dritz at Lux Solar, who assured me that my refund would be processed within 15 working days. Honestly, I don’t understand why it should take that long to begin with. Now it’s been over three weeks, and I am still waiting for my refund. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would urge others to be cautious before dealing with these companies. If you want, I can make it: more aggressive (warning others strongly) or more formal for ACCC / legal complaint style
I signed up and paid the deposit late November with the promise of 3 weeks to install, it has been 3 months. I found out after paying the deposit that is actually Lux Solar. I have left messages via phone, email and via the website and had no response back.
Follow-up · GoSolarPower has disappeared and no website anymore. Lux power who they were the salespeople for have finally made contact after I lodged a dispute with my bank. Told they would refund but no action as of yet.
Steve Woltmann is the rudest and the worse sales representative in ever had to deal with. I just asked him a couple questions and his response is, we only do deals and deposit and said to me good bye, can't believe it as im wanting to spend $10,000 with them. STAY AWAY.

Signed up after seeing and confirming with the sales rep that they had battery installed within three stock and will be installed within 3 weeks but after paying the deposit.It changed to we can’t confirm when they will install.
