seen staff changes and have to say all the staff I have interacted with have such poor character. Unreasonable and unjust. Also any jobs they get done has very poor quality and has resulted in other damage to property. And is charged at astronomical prices, 3 times what would be considered the industry rate. Many wrong processes. Avoid. Also because of their poor communication, character and workings it creates further problems for the entire livability where others use it to their advantage to create pressure between residents.

Great new team – Goughs have been our Body Corporate Managers for over 15 years. The current team are exceptional, and all owners have been incredibly impressed by their approach to getting things done efficiently and promptly. Subsequently our property is now looking the best it has in years.

The worst we know of – Very poor service, not responsive, rude, and unprofessional. I would hope that no one else has to deal with this company. We have moved on to a much more modern and pro acti e manager that is worth what we pay as against how this company was. I would advise not using them personally.

Deserve zero stars – Please avoid this company at all costs. After 18 months of mismanagement from Goughs, we have moved to another Body Corp and we cannot believe the improved service we are receiving. Warning! Do NOT use this Organization they are incompetent in every way! – They don’t return calls or correspondence and fail to carry out even the most basic responsibilities. If you are lucky enough to have any communication with them they are rude , dismissive and aggressive

POOR SERVICE – Have to agree with other reviews - Gough Partners do not want to address any problems re Owners Corporations. You can write emails and ring and you get no replies. Very Poor

Non responsive body corporate managers – Failed to ensure maintenance is being done. Unresponsive to requests by unit owners. Have allowed the building to deteriorate, as a result the units are losing value. We are looking for new body corporate managers.

Dirty dangerous street rubbish – The flats managed by Gough use the street as a rubbish tip and the body corporate refuse point blank to do anything about it. Even their workmen throw any rubbish onto a pile on the street including broken glass, old furniture, boxes, clothes, oil cans, electrical goods and more. I wanted to put no stars but this is not allowed. Try minus stars.

shocking! – This company is completely unprofessional. I would not touch them with a bargepole. They don't answer calls, they don't fix ANY of your problems, they use gaslighting techniques and change managers at a drop of a hat. corporate manager and change if you are with them.....One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with.........The manager says he will assist you and then does nothing......only leaves you with broken promises and unfinished requests. The other managers in his office and his assistant are exactly the same. It isn't that hard to assist a client or at least respond and in a courteous manner. It is just the basic etiquette of business. However Gough partners wont behave in this way, no matter how hard you try to engage them or how many times you call them. Save yourself a headache and stay away........

Useless – Absolutely useless when it comes to lodging communal apartment parking issues. I’ve lost my parking space due to other inconsiderate tenants and when I brought the issue up, they told me they couldn’t do anything. This is your job to resolve these issues.

Update Just got hold of her, what a rude lady, she's outright telling me she does not to reply to any email we're sending her, she's most rude human being and then slamming down the phone on me
