good property management team – Stephanie and her team always provide efficient service in dealing with our rental properties .. we had no tenant problems or late-payments and if any maintenance is required on the property they will attend to it without delay and always with our approval. We would definitely recommend the team at Gr8 to anyone looking for property management service.

Terrible Customer Service or Discrimination – Fancy name always gives worst experience. It's customer service is not great at all, but with fraud. I rent a property with them, and they treat me good at beginning, but then I help myself on every maintenance. And they lie to me about bills, said dont know how water bill goes. For god sake, you are the property manager and you dont know whether i should pay water bill? I tended to rent 1 year but was forced to move out around three months, only because of their ridiculous customer services. WORST property management company
