Trustworthy, reliable and very comfortable. This is our second Grand Caravan. We were so impressed with the service we updated and bought one with all the bells and whistles (that we had to learn how to use). The owners (Neth and Meth) couldn't be more helpful. They research, they're patient and they problem solve. Thank you.
Follow-up · Questions: Which feature surprised you most? The indoor/outdoor kitchen. There's a double drawer I can fill up on the inside, and take everything out on the outside. Magic! How did they solve tricky problems? With patience and persistence?

We've now had the new van 20 months and 8 of those without use. Before heading off on our next adventure the fridge wasnt working. The caravan repair shop explained this happened with many vans. The pcb board needed to be replaced. The support from Meth was top notch. Travelling off grid for the first time we had problems with 12 volt. It took a week to be sorted properly ( nth western qld, limited support in country town available). Again Meth donned his superman outfit and supported us every step of the way until the problem was resolved. We would not consider purchasing any other brand of van. The support is unparalled. The tact and patience when dealing with those 'who knew everything' as well as my own inept questions ensure we recommend them highly as we travel.
