GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE – Went to buy a new vehicle (Hyundai 5 door hatch)...from the moment I walked into the showroom the staff seemed to be very happy in their job because when I started to talk to them there was no pressure and no panic for me to give them a sale...All the staff involved took the time to go through the whole process from choosing which vehicle I would like, the insurance, finance, extra accessories, delivery date also I was kept up to date during the time it took to get it ready for the handover...they gave me the impression that nothing was too much trouble which made for a really "GOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE"...If all businesses were like this what a different world this would be...if Grand Prix Hyundai give this sort of service when buying a new vehicle then when you go to get the actual servicing and repairs then I would say they will do an excellent job and really look after every detail in the service department
