Perfect !! – They just changed entire look for my Bathroom-Really amazed with the work and were cost efficient as well as I compared with quotes that I got from other companies. Worth giving a chance!!
Just as happy second time around! – We loved the results of the first renovation to our kitchen due to smart and effective design suggestions to improve layout and efficiency. It was a natural first choice to call in Granite Kitchen Makeovers again to advise us on impact to the kitchen when further extending the house some years later. Once again, we were impressed by excellent design work and helpful contemporary colour choices/finishes that will stand the test of time. Efficient installation and close attention to detail meant that the new kitchen was was up and running with minimal interruption to a busy household.
We receive so many compliments on the kitchen. Thank you to the GKM team for once again adding significant value to the house!!
I love my new Kitchen – I had an ancient pale pink toned kitchen with scratched worn laminex. The base of the kitchen cupboards remained but other changes were made. Recommendations were made to me by the owner on slight redesigns and I'm so pleased I listened as it was exactly what was required. The whole process didn't take long at all. It appeared all so easy. I am so thrilled with the outcome, great colour top, new cupboard doors and redesigned bench shape etc. This kitchen has added so much value onto my home.

Stay Away! Be Warned! – I would not recommend this business at all. The ONLY competent member of their team is the admin person, everyone else, from the far-past-due-for-retirement guy in the showroom with no imagination and very poor (read: inaccurate) note taking skills to the owner/ manager of the business [name removed]. Their all around bumbling hopelessness started the moment after signing up and paying the deposit and simply escalated from there. It ended with us having a $17k kitchen we hate!
I cannot review this business low enough to satisfy my distaste. I have never met such a pig headed, arrogant and pretentious person in a business setting before. If I could rate them as zero here I would. The alarm bells should have been ringing loud and clear when I noticed the 3 other company names they use (Kitchens-SA, Pazstone & DIY Kitchen Company) so I've probably only got myself to blame!
Apparently 'disappointed this customer is unhappy' and 'try very hard to meet and surpass our customers expectations' translates to completely ignoring facts of their mistakes, highlighting the customers failure to pick up on their mistakes and then bullying them into a deal to end the arguing and stress it was causing. Yeah, great customer service. Worthy of noting that their 'documentation' didn't ever include an actual building works contact per the Act either... Naivety on my part but never again.

We are disappointed that this customer is unhappy with the kitchen as we take great pride in having satisfied customers. At the time of completing the kitchen the customer expressed their dissatisfaction with the colour. However, the colour that was supplied and installed was the colour that was clearly outlined in all of our documentation to the client. We came to a mutual agreement to resolve the issue. It is disappointing to read such a negative review of my business as we try very hard to meet and surpass our customers’ expectations.
