Great Alpine Caravans

My Caravan which is very difficult to get off my property and onto the road, due to my small home block, required some repairs. I contacted Mason at Alpine Caravans, and explained my difficulty in towing the van to him to quote for repairs, and he readily offered to come to my home (approx 10 KLM) from his workshop to quote. As I am 80 years old, he offered this service free of any charges. My van was later repaired by Mason, and he did a fantastic job, at what I consider a fair price. I would definately recommend this firm if anyone who required a repair on their caravan. Graeme

****DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY*** – The worst piece of crap I've ever owned. I bought it at just two years old (2021 model) and everything went wrong. The solar set up couldn't even keep the fridge and lights going despite full summer sun days. The toilet opening valve kept breaking. The grill broke after one use. Could only get water out of one water tank. The water pump kept whirring loudly even when taps off. The CD/DVD player was cheap and kept breaking. The roll out shade was impossible to roll back in. The flyscreens were terribly designed and had areas where bugs came in constantly. The welding on the chassis was absolutely sub par. Worse though was the fact that when I contacted the company to try to get information the owner was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Even when I asked about warranty details, he refused and said because I wasn't the original owner he didn't have to do anything. This despite chassis generally having a 10 year warranty and other caravan components having warranty also. Absolutely horrific stressful experience and by the end of it was ready the roll the piece of crap into a canyon. Do not buy from this "business".
