Serial [Content Removed] – All talk. No action. Manager [Name Removed] is completely charming - like all good con men are. Money upfront, then a partial-trickle fed delivery of defective products by a revolving door of installers and characterised by an unending chase for a remedy. No calls to company, manager or various installers ever returned. Add us to the long list of people telling you to stay away from this company. Show details

stay away – I would not use this company , dodgy as. We got a blind installed for the garage a year ago and had multiple issue with it from the material jamming into the roller when it closed, than a part broke so they took it away to be fixed, which took longer than what they told us, we still have dramas with it but chose not to deal with the supplier as… Read more

they don’t help anyways. it’s the worst communication between supplier and customer once they take your money. there was lots of blame put back onto customer when really all you want is the product you payed for. We now need a new buzzer remote and cannot locate this business and a contact number. very very dodgy and would never recommend such a shithouse company.

Poor Company Service - Beware of this company – Purchased 3 outdoor blinds from this company. After 1 week, one of the blinds continuously jammed. They changed the drum. The original drum was in 2 pieces held together with Tex screws and was bent.The replacement drum also jammed the next day & they refuse to be contacted to rectify it. Once they have your money, they do not return calls - No product warranty. Absolutely stay away from this company. Show details

Do not use – Do not use this company. Have been trying to contact them for a warranty repair. Blind has completely come out of the tracks. They also get stuck coming down. I spent over 7k for these blinds for them now to have gone bust. No answer to phone calls (line has been disconnected). Emails bounce back. So disappointed and upsetting with such a large lump sum of money going towards this and not being given what was sold Show details

Do Not Use This Company – Initial consult was amazing, very polite and professional. Blinds were installed, fabric was faulty on one blind and pelmet was bent. Was told would be replaced under warranty. Have been following up since December last year to have replaced. After numerous calls/emails, was told there was a wait on fabric. told the same, that they were still waiting on fabric, and I would be contacted by the end of the month when the fabric was due to arrive in the country. I have not heard anything since. Have sent email after email, called many times, left messages, NO reply. They DO NOT return your calls, or respond to emails. I would not recommend this company.

Don’t use this company ever… – It has been months and the company has refused to do follow up work to complete the job after I paid them $6,000. I have contacted them multiple times since February 2023. They have not responded. I am still waiting. Heads up for anyone, do not pay them any final payment until you are 100% satisfied wth the work. They were really nice upfront then… Read more

no contact and they were not nice. A big shame. I will never recommend them for any work to anyone ever.
