Green Cleaners Team

These people are scammers – Green Cleaners Team operate under different names. I was billed by Marks Maintenance, aka Mark Maintenance. They quoted me $120 and then while in the apartment the man said that it was more difficult and would cost $260 for a quality service. Complaints to the office proved very difficult, they pretended not to understand my English and hung up on me, and I also complained to the Office of Fair Trading without a satisfactory result! Avoid at all costs.

Charged 4 times quoted price – Quoted price was $120 for small apartment and it would take 30 minutes On arrival told price would be $500. The apartment was stripped of all furniture in preparation. I had family come for the weekend to help me so felt pressure to get done as I couldn’t move the furniture by myself. I was told their machine was broken and had to pay in advance directly into a bank account . Company that actually turned up and did the cleaning was M&M Maintenance which is listed as a discretionary investment trust. Despite their insistence the carpet was stained and would require special care still only took 30 minutes . Be careful - same company operates under many names including 21 listed on the asic register. Rang manager - no help at all. Total shakedown.

Wonderful Service – They were very helpful and took their time with everything. There was no sense of rushing here, and they did an outstanding job. The quality of the work was exactly what I was hoping for. Everything came out great, by looking carpets clean and smelling wonderful. No pressure, fast, good quality, and great customer experience.
