Excellent Customer Service and Top Brands – I am very pleased with the recent install of a 5KW system at our property in Roxburgh Park. The installer were very proficient and product was of high quality with reasonable pricing . Highly recommended.

Poor customer service – Be warned - sales reps using their own account details for deposits and then calls are not returned!!!! System still not installed after 4 months, cannot get any response to my calls. Has not returned deposit and no system installed, paid 50% deposit in November 2017 but be warned Fair Trading state that the maximum deposit they can request is 10%

Garbage we wasted $8500 doesn't even work ripped off Aussie family thanks a lot can't even contact t – Can't contact them green power gen can't even wire it up properly or do there job they were paid $8500 for on top of that no solar our bills were $300 a quarter now with there solar its $1200 a quarter origin said were produced 914kw into grid but we still get massive bills that are sending our family with two young kids broke your company makes us sick ripping off Aussie families

Took my deposit, promised refund, never heard back – After being offered a poor quality system I changed my mind and asked for my deposit back. I was promised a refund of my deposit however they aren't replying to emails or getting back anymore. Don't go near them unless you want to be ripped off.

Ripping off the elderly – Terrible customer service. Trying to assist my elderly grandfather after he was signed up by a door knocking sales rep, he payed up front and now do not want to deal with us at all. Very rude over the phone. Do not recommend at all.

Perfect after instalation customer services – I have got solar installed from greem power gen and i am more than happy with the services that i was provided with... Sales rep was nice, prices are competitive and product that was provided is top class.. Installers were also very professional and did a very clean and nice job...

Double the price of other companies for the same product – We were door knocked by a sales person offering to install solar panels. The offer looked good and the sales man was persuasive. We signed a contract. Upon further investigations with other companies, their price of $10000 (for a 5kw system) was more than double that of other offers. Be warned and shop about! We have subsequently cancelled our contract with them and signed with a more reasonable provider. ($4000 for a 5kw system).
