11.6Kw Battery System – Solar Battery from Greener Housing Solutions I recently purchased a solar battery from Greener Housing Solutions, and was very impressed with the professional tailored service, and good value for money. The battery charged from 3Kw to 11.5Kw in just under 3 hours, which I'm happy with. All staff involved in the process were easy to deal with - Thea English in the office, Darren with the site inspection, and installation by Stephen and Michael.

They worked with me at all stages to address my questions and deliver a solution to meet my needs and wants.

I have no hesitation in recommending Greener Housing Solutions.

Solar, Customer service second to none – I was in a spot of trouble, the company that sold me my solar energy system, disappeared and when it failed again the Chinese manufacturing company told me to fix it myself! I was referred to Greener Housing Solutions, what a difference. I was put at ease, made to feel that I matter and given great advice. I spoke to Thea and she arranged the changeover and later sent a folder with loads of helpful information. It was like a blast from the past, you don't get this quality of service today.

That was about a year ago,Recently I was receiving communications from my power provider, it was all overwhelming, I hesitate worrying others about my problems, but I gave Thea a call and she talked me through this and put my mind at ease. All this knowing that there wasn't going to be a sale, Thea told me if I have any more concerns, just call they will be pleased to help, what an angel.
