Thank you Darren, Grant, Ryan and Thaer – I've known the team (Darren, Ryan, Grant and Thaer) for nearly two years now and from the very start, it has been very easy dealing with each one. Darren and Grant were so comprehensive with their assistance in all the property information, cash flow analysis, etc. Ryan was always on the ball with all the compliance required may it be for SMSF, taxation, property settlement, etc.
Thaer and his team always took care of all the financial side that it made the entire property purchasing process a one stop shop.
The assistance and support that we have received from the team have been continuous which gave us the confidence and assurance that we are in safe hands when it comes to investing.
We look forward to continue working with the team and I wouldn't hesitate recommending their services to anyone keen in growing their property portfolio.
They Promised and Delivered – SMSF is something I wasn't thinking of a year ago, but when the Greenline Realty team patiently discussed with me the Pros and Cons and gave me the opportunity to have an excellent strategy and SMSF investment property in an area they have already acquired, it was something I can't pass. All we did was sit back and they did everything, from setting-up my SMSF, providing me with a solid strategy, arranging for a bank to provide me a loan, offering me a brand new property in upside location in Brisbane, providing for the lawyers and solicitors, assisted me with the changes in the interest rates over the past few months...and more. It took time as it was an off-the plan property, but I was patient. In the end they delivered, with a high mark in professionalism. These team is patient, eager and willing to assist us in a less stressful pathway to reach our goal. I would highly recommend team (Darren,Thaer,Ryan and Grant) to anyone who's planning to try SMSF.
