Greenworks 40V 33cm String Trimmer

I purched the greenworks 40v whipper sniper because I already have a greenworks 40v mower and hedge trimmer. I was i but disappointed with the power of the unit. which had to be manually wound.which i found difficult to do. The instructions are quite vauge only pictures. I dont know why they dont use the same system as ryobi (which my son has). I chucked my old one because of the problem with the manual winding.
