Good chair but has cons – Noisy, but comfty. I've sat in it probably almost everyday for almost a year now and well the wear and tear kinda sucks the seat is flat and keep in mind I only weigh 143 pounds and the back too is flat. thankfully GT racing sent me replacement parts so its like I have a brand new chair. so in the end It was worth it. Great chair for long sitting – I have been using the chair for around a month now. The chair took about 20 minutes to assemble. Once assembled the chair was relatively heavy but easily manageable to move up and down stairs. It took a while to get used to the lumbar support cushion but I stuck to using it and now it helps my back noticeably while I sit for around 12 hours a day. My old chair would ruin my back and cause pain but this chair has not caused me any problems. Show details

It’s not horrible – The product isn’t horrible. Watch out for fit. I am 6,2” and 270lbs and it is to small. There were a couple incorrect parts and I had to wait for over 3 months until they got me the correct parts. I guess you pay for what you get. Show details

Great Value Chair – Opened to find backrest foam had been indented due to the base of the chair being packed on top of it. Delivery took about 3 weeks in December. feels much better than faux leather (I guess even mire so in the summer). The adjustment handle for the backrest is super easy - just as simple as a manual car seat. I wouldn’t describe the cushioning as soft - it’s pretty firm but I like it that way.
My two only complaints are that the lower cushion is loose so it doesn’t stay in position and the chair is a bit ‘wobbly’ when set to the highest position.

The box was a little beat up when it arrived by mail, which I was super bummed about at first. But the parts were pretty well protected in the box, so nothing was beat up. The only real issue that I've had with this chair is the lumbar pillow. It is not attached to the chair, which requires me to readjust it every time I get into the chair (it also sometimes falls over onto the center of the seat. The rest of the chair makes up for this issue though.
I highly recommend this chair for anyone who sits at a desk.
