Ongoing hygiene issues and zero accountability Please think twice before sending your child here. We have had ongoing issues with the staff failing to change my child's nappies in a timely manner. Leaving a child in a solid, wet nappy long enough to develop a severe nappy rash is completely unacceptable. We gave the center multiple chances to fix this. We spoke to the educators and management directly after the first few instances, but absolutely no corrective action was taken. It is heartbreaking to pick up your child in pain because the staff cannot manage basic care routines. The lack of accountability and communication here is deeply concerning.

Money withdrawn from my bank account without service provided – Unfortunately, I had money withdrawn on three occasions from our account by the centre, even though our child did not attend yet. I did not get informed by the centre about this, only found out when checking my account months later. When we visited the centre with our child, another small child was crawling behind me and I did not see the child and nearly stepped on it, only my partner alerted me/stopped me at the time. We were a bit surprised that nobody was looking out for that child. We also felt like there were quite a few children crying or being left alone unhappy and staff didn't seem to respond.
