the drink once. If you have health conditions it is advisable to check with a doctor before buying as it is expensive to buy if you live outside of the States. On hindsight I wished I did before buying as I am concerned it will have an adverse effect on my health if I do. I hope I will be able to get a refund for the two unopened remaining bottles.

tried mixing it with few tablespoons of warm water first, then added cold water and it mixed fine, heaps better. Then I decided to experiment, added a banana, Greek yoghurt , crushed ice and blueberries blended up i my nutribullet and it makes a beautifully tasty morning breakfast. The price is quite high, especially when converting to Australian dollars so I ordered the 3 pack and the 6 pack.

Just started – I'm very interested in trying your product I purchased but I recently had my gallbladder removed because I had gallbladder stones and my stones had plugged my pancreas and my liver surgery fixed. Where is the advertised product? – I watched the whole video and was prepared to order a 3 pack. But what came up was 'Bio Complete 3' ... MCT Wellness was nowhere to be found. It's a LOT dearer to order through Amazon. Not a happy experience!

Greatly disappointed – I just couldn't wait for this product to arrive only to be tremendously disappointed. After only 1 sip I was horribly sick and throwing up. Waited a couple days and tried it again and again after only 1sip I was throwing up. What an expensive disappointment. If someone could tell me how to use it without getting sick.

all. Not one gram! In fact I added 1 Kg. I did not feel any better at all, no more energy, no better sleep, no sharper brain focus, no effect at all. I suppose the only upside was that other than the reduced bank balance, (247.33) it didn't seem to have any bad effect. But then I can achieve that in much cheaper ways. I wouldn't bother giving this review but I just got an email trying to sell me another 3 jars so I thought I would save some other people the expense of wasting their money. It just wouldn’t dissolve in the water – I ordered it and was thoroughly disappointed as it was lumpy in the jar and just wouldn’t dissolve in water. It was as though the packaging was old and affected by humidity. Waste of money! Show details

What a waste of money – My wife was sick as soon as she used it right until she went off it. I persevered. I found no change whatsoever and I've been taking it for 8 weeks daily as part of my regular health routine. Does absolutely nothing it says it does.

been using is for 6 months or a bit more. In fact we went away on holiday for a few weeks and I forgot to bring it. My symptoms returned. When arriving home again and starting the MCT Wellness straight away, thing improved again within a couple of days. So I am happy and recommend it

Great product – This product tastes great and seems to helping me lose weight. It’s very gradual. I feel that it helps me stay regular.
