What a waste of money.
My wife was sick as soon as she used it right until she went off it. I persevered. I found no change whatsoever and I've been taking it for 8 weeks daily as part of my regular health routine. Does absolutely nothing it says it does.
They don't honour the guarantee
Gundry's MCT product took 2 months to arrive in Canada. I ordered three containers. I took the first container and advised them I was having NO results. They said they would give me a 30% discount and that I should take the remainder and if still not satisfied I could return what was left and receive the other 70%. I completed the 3 containers within 90 days had absolutely NO results and they actually asked me to return the EMPTY containers!!!!! I sent them pics so they could TRACK their product lot number and NO honouring of their guarantee!!!!!

Instead, I sent pictures of the empty containers with the barcodes for your stocking or lot information so that you can track your product as this is what your rep said was the reason I needed to send back the "EMPTY" containers!!! I am not impressed with your product or your customer service and will continue to create reviews stating my experience.
It sure works for me
I was surprised actually. One of those things that you just feel, Oh well lets try it, just incase...
I purchased one jar first to try. Then in March purchased 3 more jars. One scoop per day in a glass of water last about one month approx.
So I have irritable bowel most of my 69 years and this has been the only thing which stabilises me. I have been using is for 6 months or a bit more. In fact we went away on holiday for a few weeks and I forgot to bring it. My symptoms returned. When arriving home again and starting the MCT Wellness straight away, thing improved again within a couple of days. So I am happy and recommend it
Amazing energy from taking MCT wellness
I find it gives me amazing energy. I had a terrible accident five years ago and suffer still and had little energy but since taking MCT wellness I have amazing energy.

This is very good for me and wife it has been awesome!
The MTC has been very helpful. In every aspect of my health. I've lost weight and I sleep much better at night now. Also, I have to drink a lot of water to make sure that I'm flushing my system properly. This is a fantastic product and I recommend it for everybody.

Great product.
This product tastes great and seems to helping me lose weight. It’s very gradual. I feel that it helps me stay regular. The only slight issue for me is that I need to eat straight afterwards as my stomach is sensitive to it and I get reflux. If I eat straight away I’m fine.

Tastes good and seems to reduce my appetite.
It is slow to dissolve so allow 20 minutes or more for it to completely dissolve in water. Stirring periodically.

MCT Wellness in my weight loss journey
MCT Wellness is one of 3 products I’ve incorporated into my weight loss journey.
The last 3 years have been a weight gain problem (29 unwanted lbs.). Now with the help of MCT Wellness, Vital Reds and PROPLANT Complete Shake I have lost 12 of those lbs in 7 weeks or so! I don’t use all 3 everyday but I have focused on eliminating sugar and carbohydrates out of my food intake as much as possible.
Bloating is gone, arthritis pain has decreased.

Is this good for Type 2 diabetes Jane
I have type 2 diabetes. Should I be taking MCT Wellness produced by Dr Gundry?
I am not a medical professional so can't answer your question specifically. I can say that my body did not metabolize the product well and caused some issue with my bowels such as extremely strong smelling gas and a Mal-absorption issue in my bowels where my bowels have been floating like never before but are slowing recovering and becoming normal since I completed my 3 jars in June. I had never had these issue before so I can only assume it had to do with the MCT product. I did not experience any positive effects at all, but did receive my money back. :)
This is a .au website, so why is everyone talking about lbs, when in Australia we use kgs, and have spelt many words using American, not Australian spelling. I smell a rat!
