The only downside is the price! Way too expensive- because of the suburb I live in. Only downside. Otherwise I recommend if you need to protect your gutters; then Gutter Knight is the business you should call. BUT be prepared to be over charged! The fella who provided the service to me, made a calculated mistake with the final balance to be paid and it was $350 less from the original proposal. Out of my goodwill, I raised the matter and paid the full price. The other downside is you have to inspect your grounds to pick up all the loose screws. That I found quite annoying as I have very young children that play in the yard. He does "clean up" after himself- but not to my satisfaction.

Don't Trust Their Warranty!! – Don't Trust Their Warranty!! We have installed the gutter guard product at our unit complex and some of the screws have rusted. We have called this company over 5 times to get a person out under their warranty period of 25 years. They haven't even called us back!! Don't trust these people!!

No back-up service – GutterKnight quoted a job for me in Brisbane and duly completed it to a high standard. except at the undercover patio that has a fly-over roof. With rainwater tracking along the mesh, the result was a constantly very wet patio area. Numerous emails and calls (leaving messages asking for a callback) to GutterKnight have remained unanswered. Very disappointed with the non-existent follow-up service. Such a pity GutterKnight don't care at all about their customers once the job is done. I had previously left a 5 star review (for the installation) but as for After Care service, there is none, so they deserve a zero. I would give them a zero for that if I could.
