When you replaced the GVADW12SS Dishwasher did you have any trouble fitting the replacement machine in. I am having trouble finding the dimensions of my machine and don't have access to the dishwasher atm. it came with the house we brought. TIA

IH is illuminated on BBC the dishwasher and I am unable to change the setting and the dishwasher won't run. ive looked thru the manual but can not find any reference to my issue.

I have no user manual and after running for a short time the bottom left '2 plate' icon starts flashing, the unit beeps continually and then will not was the dishes any further.

I've just moved into a house with a GVA dishwasher and it's been working fine for 2 months, however the light beside the 'snowflake' type symbol illuminates as soon as I turn the power button on and dishwasher will not work. Please help!!! Kathy

the snowflake is alerting you that need to refill the rinsing liquid. the cap is located next too where you put the dishwashing powder. twist off and squirt something like finish rinse aid liquid till full and place cap firmly on.
Does anyone know why the heavy duty wash cycle light keeps flashing and the washer keeps beeping? I also can't select any other cycle and it wont wash.

Hi Mandy. No I didn't. I can't remember how or why but it started working again. I will check with my hubby to see if he remembers and if he does I'll get back to you.

I just moved into a house with a GVA dishwasher. The cycle did not drain, the bottom of the dishwasher is filled with dirty water and the "cooking pot" picture, function is blinking its light. It also beeps ALOT when the light is blinking. It does not respond to anything other then switching it on or off. Does anyone know what could be wrong with it?
Sounds familiar. Ours did that when we had problems with the seal - gets to a certain point in the cycle, won't go any further, the light still flashes, and it beeps every now and then. For us, the seal had fallen out and we simply looked up a youtube video of how to put it back, as it was still in good condition. We still had to call a technician in the end, as our attempt to fix it made it worse - $100 later he tells us we'd just put it in backwards! Doh! But it's all fixed now and still working like the day we bought it.
