Bad dealership - GWM Ryde,NSW – Do not deal with GWM Ryde. My son was promised two occasions for two delivery dates but each time GWM Ryde failed and could not deliver the new Haval Jolion S which is in stock and already registered the new car on 28 Nov 2023. Up till now 2nd December 2023 the general manager sales Garry Kataria, and sales manager Steve Zhang both have not commited a new delivery date. Very disappointed to deal with GWM Ryde and very dissatisfy with the customer service of this dealership. On 4th December GWM Ryde cancelled the contact and agreed to refund the deposit of $1,000. Have to write to GWM Head Office and several phone calls/emails that they finally EFT to my son's bank account. The general manager sales, Garry Kataria was so impatient and upset with my son each time we wrote a negative review. He cares only positive reviews. I do not recommend this dealership.
