Best car I've ever owned, and I have had more than 15 cars over my time. This thing is a beast off road even on road tyres in the mud on an incline. So glad I purchased the diesel it's just so reliable, hasn't missed a beat. The interior is ultra modern you feel like your in a video game. The best surprise is the mileage i'm using less than 8l/100km. It's red colour, alot of people commenting on the colour, i did like the grey though also.

10,000 km review: I am very happy with my Tank 300 diesel. A pleasure to drive. Solid four wheel drive ready for rough terrain, country roads and smooth highway driving. Good road holding with peppy diesel engine working well with gearbox. The only modifications made are Yokohama all terrains, factory nudge bar and spotlights. Fuel economy goes as low as 8L/100KM. Not using ELK that has its quirks and have mastered use of the indicators that require a bit of practice. No DPF or braking issues whatsoever . Enjoying all the luxuries. I definitely recommend this vehicle.
Follow-up · Very satisfied. Engine and gearbox smooth. Road holding reasonable considering it is a heavy 4 wheel drive. Surprisingly comfortable. I get the impression this vehicle will last a long time if you service as required and not aim to break it. ELK the only thing I don't like and switch off. As a long time Toyota owner of multiple Land Cruisers personally conclude this is a bargain for the price and specs. In fact when selling my LC 200 will look at bigger GWM models to replace. However Toyota service model is better and established. GWM must catch up here.
Follow-up · Now at 25000 KM. Still going strong. Fuel economy great, sometimes below 8L/100 on highway travel. I switch off ELK at every start because too invasive. No other concerns. Have not used off road yet, but seems vey capable. Servicing not yet at Toyota standard but cannot complain considering it is a growing brand
