Poor customer service
I was told by their customer service that my PoliPay payment did not got through, although both my bank and the Gym And Fitness website said it had worked.
I provided evidence that it had worked and asked for them to confirm they were going to dispatch the items.
Over 100 hours later I still have not heard back from them.
That leaves me thinking it's one of two options. Either:
*It's a scam; or
*The customer service is deplorable....
Awful communication in regards to delivery
I ordered a power rack, bench and about 150kg of weights. Spending upwards of $1500. I noted on the purchase and immediately sent an email stating that I could only be home to review the goods on any Friday. The order was placed on a weekend so I didn't expect anything back until Monday.
On the Monday I received an email saying they were out of stock on the bench I ordered and was upgraded to a better one, which was brilliant. But no mention of my request for a Friday delivery. I replied to the email reiterating the delivery status to which I ...received an email saying - "We will be the one organizing the delivery of the item and it depends on the carrier." To which I replied asking for the couriers details so I could contact them. The next email I received was on a Wednesday, saying it was on a truck and on its way to my house. Luckily this email had the couriers details and I was able to call them immediately and organise the delivery through them.
Overall Great Experience
I have a business where I have used G&F on a number of occasions. Although there have been some hiccups and miscommunications G&F have dealt with it in a personable and professional way. Any company that does this will continue to have my business. There are always things that can pop up in business and the way that G&F have dealt with it has been fantastic.

Beware of hidden costs
I purchased 8 of the Home & Fitness Rubber Flooring Tiles. I am happy with the product. I am not happy that there was no warning at the time of purchase that the tiles would be delivered on a huge wooden crate which would be left at my premises. Unfortunately I had to spent $20 at the tip to get rid of the crate. So disappointing in this day and age that there is such wastage and the business takes no responsibility for their carbon footprint. I emailed the company and they would not refund my tip costs. So beware of the hidden costs of disposing of the rubbish that is delivered with the products you purchase, not to mention the waste of time delivering the rubbish to the tip!
I am quite disappointed with the whole shopping experience I’ve had with Gym and Fitness.
First of all, I will say, we do actually love our Lifespan Cooper Climb and Slide. But I am unhappy with the ordering experience. To begin with, I enquired directly with G&F to ask about free shipping as I had seen a promotion a few weeks prior when I first looked at the Cooper Climb and Slide. The response I got was that they could find no proof of a deal for free shipping for that product. So I bought the product and paid for shipping because I wanted ...the slide ready for my son’s birthday. I sent the link to the slide to my husband to show him what I’d bought, and low and behold, there was a banner on the webpage promoting free shipping! So I emailed and called G&F and asked why I couldn’t have the cost of shipping refunded as the item did in fact have free shipping promoted on the website (but obviously only for new visitors to the website). Again they refused. Secondly, I ordered the slide on 31 July 2019 and it was only just delivered yesterday on the 27 August. Now, the website claims there is a 2 day dispatch. My son’s birthday was 19 August, so needless to say, the slide did not arrive in time. I will not be purchasing from Gym and Fitness in future.
Money for nothing (so far)
The initial purchase via the online store was easy and I was able to pay easily, via After pay. However, I ordered a product from these guys a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. After repeatedly calling and receiving no call back (although they told me they would), I finally received some help via email about 10 days ago, but the item still hasn't arrived. The supplier has apparently been unreliable and they are having ongoing issues with them. Now they're also having issues with the courier not processing the paperwork properly. The delivery was meant to take less than a week. If you actually need the item you are paying for to arrive, shop elsewhere.
Non existent customer service
I've purchased from gym and fitness a few times now, and I would love to give them a great review. The pricing is mostly excellent, the products are well made and durable, and the delivery was fast and cheap.
However the customer service is what has caused me to go elsewhere for gym and fitness products.
The last 2 purchases I've made resulted in absolutely zero emails notifying me that my purchase was successful, a receipt of purchase, that it had been dispatched, or when it was slated for delivery. The 2 day dispatch promise has not been a...dhered to on my current purchase, and I've only found this out by going through the live chat on their website, which itself took me 35 minutes to get a generic reply stating they would look into my order. 15 minutes after that I was informed it had not yet been dispatched. Being that it is a large order, and I must be home to receive it, knowing when it is going to arrive is very important. The lack of communication by gym and fitness has unfortunately turned me off their store. There are many other stores like them that offer almost exactly the same prices and products, yet have much better customer service.
Price match lie
They have a price match promise on their website but refuse to price match anything. I have requested a price match on 3 different items in the last few years and each time I have been told that they're unable to reduce the price that much. Not much point in having a price match promise if they don't even try to do exactly that.
gym and fitness review
Ok I had a problem with them through the delivery cause the two day dispatch it says on the site i rang them and they told me the reason I did have a feeling that I was getting ripped off because of some of the reviews on here, but they actually where very fast on delivery i got all my equipment home gym rubber mats weight vest and assault air bike in 5 working days and they sent me emails to let me know where my equipment is and keep me updated on everything from when they sent out my order all i can say is thank you gym and fitness, and anyone with a problem these guys will solve it so no need to worry and they gave me free headset with my order ill be shopping with use again thanks again
Poor communication between staff and customers
I bought gym equipment from Gym and Fitness in the past and they didn't give me a notification my item had been shipped but had sent it out the day after I purchased it anyway, which is good if your home 24/7 but if you're not you get charged $30 for redelivery if you miss it, lucky for me I happened to be home. I noticed not all my items were there so called them up. They were just as confused as I was as they had no records of sending me anything as the products I received weren't even in stock. A couple days later I received the rest of it. ...Apart from communication everything was good so I gave them another go. Again no emails for letting me know if my items have been shipped, only this time I still have not received anything in the post, but I guess on the plus side I get free Bluetooth speakers in my next purchase which I highly doubt I'm going to purchase anything from them as they now have new competitors who actually communicate with their customers just down the road from them.

Ordered Thursday 13th May - they advertise 2 day dispatch time. After 4 days without delivery mail received, I decided to call them to find out they are doing stocktake this week and no order will be dispatched for the next 7 days.
Decided to ask for a full refund - looking forward seeing how long it takes....

Good price, good products.
I've ordered an olympic bar bell, rubber gym tiles, weight plates, and morgan ab wheel. Happy with the quality of the products the price I paid for them - the barbell was on special at $159.
The only thing that could use improvement was the delivery service, it was broken down into 3 parts. The tiles and the plates were delivered first as scheduled, the barbell the day after. This was fine as they do notify you that due the size of the items the delivery maybe broken up.
The ab wheel however came much later (i had to call to confirm) as it was through a 3rd party supplier.

Johnathon answered my email about, honestly 2 minutes after i sent it, He priced a package for me which i thought was fantastic. I called back to do the order and he was very open about an item not available but gave detail on when my gear would come in. He left his mobile in case i needed extra help or had problems..what a champ!! so far so good ..thanks..... Ill keep u posted
Great company with great customer service
I bought the force USA G9, leg extension machine, and the force usa flat bench.
I found Gym and Fitness were great to deal with.
Their customer service was awesome and they were pleasant to deal with.
Delivery for the item was the next day.
I was very happy shopping with them, I will be buying most of my gym equipment from them in the future.
Great range of quality products, fast shipping, prompt customer service
Ordered rubber gym mats, Force USA Ranger Barbell, weights. All products received within a week of ordering. Very happy with quality of equipment. Had couple questions which were answered promptly.
Terrible Customer Service and Machine quality (disappointed)
Was disappointed to receive the wrong mats, when I contacted about this they argued with me over a month of communication instead of resolving this for me. I was appalled by the customer service regarding this. The machine was missing crucial parts, had damaged parts and incorrect parts and has taken over a month for them to organise sending these out meaning I have had to delay clients using this for this amount of time which has cost me money, and it certainly is not the quality you see in the images and videos on the website. Not happy at all, especially as the customer service was shocking and no compensation was offered for the money lost in this situation both from the mats and the time it has been unsafe to use.
