me. The installation took place a few days after paying a deposit. The team were pleasant and did a good job. The system was fully functional and demonstrated prior to paying the remaining balance. Since then I can monitor the system on my phone and/or PC, and can honestly say that it works even better than anticipated. I can also contact GYO at any time for support or assistance.
