want to catch up with. Because I have a thick head of hair, I frequent Gyspsy's every three weeks. Due to lockdown, my hair has been out of control. I know I could simply have purchased some shears and shaved my head, but better still, Terri took her customer service to legendary levels by setting up a virtual haircut tutorial so that she could watch and guide my daughter through the process of cutting my hair. Terri cut her son's hair on FaceTime, showing my daughter how to do it. Terri's patience and coaching were amazing and with her help my daughter did a pretty good job. Special thanks to Terri's son who gave up his time so that his Mum could demonstrate how my hair should be cut.
